Yep, works a charm on butter cream icing or the cream cheese icing sugar combo. It is really EXACTLY like Philly.

I have never had luck using St. Moret in place of real cream cheese. I've even tried mixing mascarpone and St. Moret and it still didn't set like it should.

I have a great Olive Spread recipe for anyone interested. It would need the Delissy or Philly to work.

B of B - I do wish you were closer to me. I live in Bedoin and the drive to you is about 1 hour 15 minutes. I also have a huge box of books in English I've been meaning to drive down to donate to your library. I will get there one day !!

'Nature a tartiner' (200 gm) works well for cream cheese icing. You can buy it in Leader Price.
