e-mail Coral | We took friends to Chateauneuf du Papes today, lovely, & next wine buff friends arrive in a week. I'd like to find a wine centre that is objective, as well as informative about the region, as it is difficult explaining all the apelations . Does such a place exist? Or do I need to just find a good wine shop in the region. thanks for feedback.

I am not sure where you are located, but there are a number of very good wine shops around, just depending on where you live. for a real wine buff, a visit to Chateau la Nerthe is always a highlight.... |

There are lots of options available, and here are some from the AngloFILE business directory, wine & vineyards category which will give you some ideas also. good luck!

Of the myriad of wine shops in Provence, I found Entre Terre et Verre in St Remy to be the best for choice of smaller vineyards. Totally passionate about the regional wines and happy to explain everything in english too. If you have wine buffs, they will be impressed with their 'hard to find' wines too. Have fun. |
