English-speaking Doctors

Where or how to find a physician: general practitioner, paediatrician, gynaecologist, dentist or orthodontist in Provence who speaks your language.

The rules of the Ordre des Médécins prohibit the publishing of names of English-speaking doctors and medical practitioners.

The Ordre National des Médecins is the overseeing body for all medical doctors working in France. The website can be used to search for any discipline of medical practitioner in any part of France (searching for "English-speaking" doctors is not possible).

Finding an English-speaking Doctor
  • Some local Consular offices maintain a list of English-speaking doctors (although many chose not to in adherence with the Ordre des Médecins
  • You may find advice and recommendations if you put your question to fellow local Anglophones on the AngloINFO Forum
