Cookery classes with Chef Vedel, including a trip to the renowned Arles market (Wednesdays or Saturdays) A cooking class with Erick Vedel features fresh ingredients from the market and the surrounding country side, stories and history to enliven each dish, and local wine and cheeses to round out the 4-6 dishes prepared. Each class consists of three hours of instruction/preparation followed by sharing the feast you have prepared. The market classes include a visit to Arles market, beginning at 9am. Tarifs for the morning market: 125€ per person. Children are welcome to participate. Under 12 - 50E/child; 12-16 - 75E/child, over 16 - adult rate. Special AngloINFO offer...
