With up to the minute knowledge of the financial, fiscal and legal systems both in France and the UK, Simon shares his understanding and answers your questions. Simon Eveleigh is Siddalls’ Regional Manager for the South East of France
11:30	The Art of Wine Degustation Never be frightened again of suggesting a hint of flowers, berries, chocolate or meat when sniffing a glass of wine! Philippe shares his vast knowledge and shows us the techniques used to identify grape variety, terroir or what age a wine might be, but most of all to trust what you like, so you can sniff and taste with the best of them! Philippe Dupond is a winemaker and consultant, he also teaches wine courses in English at the Université du Vin in Souze La Rouze.

Bruce explains green building, and the importance of getting the design right, discussing Eco minimalism, air tightness and passive heating. Are you renovating? A wealth of eco tips at this seminar, followed by a question & answer session Bruce Weaving is an Architect with a post grad in Landscape Design, and President of “Eco Vie”, a Var-based association sharing ecological ideas with schools and the public.
15:30	Coaching your kids and developing their potential What can we as parents do to help our children discover their natural strengths & aptitudes, to identify their stumbling blocks and realise their full potential? Corinne, a mother of three, discusses when to control and when to let go. How to enhance self confidence and instil a positive self image? How to generate higher levels of awareness and responsibility? How to secure self discipline and self motivation? These and many other questions will be raised during this interactive workshop. Corinne Martin is Director of Performance Consultants and involved in several Human Development Projects, such as Ethical Leadership, Individual and Team Performance, Communication & Interpersonal skills and a program to Develop High Potentials. Outside of the Corporate World, Corinne is Vice President of the French committee of United World Colleges, under the wing of the United Nations.
16:30	Simplifying French Inheritance and Property Law Understanding the far-reaching consequences of French inheritance and succession laws is crucial when purchasing property in France. Fabien helps you to better understand your legal position and the differences between legal systems. Learn how to protect yourself and your family when buying in France and to ensure that your wishes will be carried out. Fabien Cordiez is a French lawyer and UK solicitor with a registered French law firm that focuses on property law and inheritance.
